"Wow! I walked into the Kelli Kerton State Farm office after being asked to come in and meet with “someone” about my policies. That “someone” turned out to be Katie, and she was awesome!! Rather than drone on in “insurance terms,” she spoke about things in everyday language that was easily understood. She didn’t try to impress me with HER knowledge of insurance. She, instead, spoke in terms that someone NOT in the industry could easily understand, and in doing so it became clear to me that SHE was very knowledgeable. 2nd Post: Kelli and her team were helpful in getting a reduction in car coverage on one of our vehicles from the original pricing and assisted in submitting a review for hazard coverage on our home policy after receiving a letter from our mortgage provider regarding and increase in the escrow tied to a notice from our assessor on home valuation that seemed high I questioned the increase and Kelli took it from there. We are still awaiting the final result but whatever the outcome she went to bat for us."
