"Since changing providers I have enjoyed working with Kelli and her team. All have been helpful working through a claim issue as well as making the transition from my last provider to State Farm smooth and Kelli has take the time to go through different programs explaining the detail and verbiage when it comes to terms and understanding thereof. Appreciate their honesty and willingness to help. 2nd Post: Kelli and her team were helpful in getting a reduction in car coverage on one of our vehicles from the original pricing and assisted in submitting a review for hazard coverage on our home policy after receiving a letter from our mortgage provider regarding and increase in the escrow tied to a notice from our assessor on home valuation that seemed high I questioned the increase and Kelli took it from there. We are still awaiting the final result but whatever the outcome she went to bat for us."
