Unfortunately, my experience switching to State Farm has not been as smooth as I had hoped. While I appreciate the competitive rates, there have been some missteps in how my transition was handled. As a result, I’ve had to make several follow-up calls and repeated requests just to ensure my previous insurance is formally canceled. This has been both frustrating and time-consuming, and I wanted to express my concern over how the process has unfolded.
